Customer is 100 % responsible for all cost of materials, unless otherwise agreed.
A separate quote will be provided for materials and services, and can be modified as needed and/or agreed.
Consultation fee(s) are nonrefundable, but will be applied to your final bill as a credit, if you book within 30 days of the date of your consultation only. After 30 days the consultation fee becomes nonrefundable and NO credit will be provided, unless specifically agreed upon otherwise.
Cancellation of booked services is allowed up until 7 days prior to start date free of charge, only if work has not started, and no materials have been purchased. Once materials have been purchased and/or work has been started, you will be charged for each hour of completed work. Each started hour will be billed as a full hour only.
If materials have been purchased for your specific tailored needs or wishes and can not be returned for any reason, or sold to another party, the client will be fully responsible for the cost of all such materials, unless specifically agreed otherwise. Materials that had a price change and will not be able to be returned, or may be returned for lesser value only, will be the customer´s responsibility and will be billed accordingly, unless otherwise specifically agreed upon.
A minimum of 4 hours will be billed regardless whether work has started or not and regardless of whether materials have been purchased, if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the agreed upon booked start date, unless otherwise specifically agreed upon in written form.
The client is responsible to ensure safekeeping of children, pets, heirlooms or valuable items that the client wishes not to have included in the organization of their home.
It is the clients' responsibility to inform and advise any organizer of 'Unicornize Your Home' of any such valuable items, heirlooms, things and area within the home, that the client wishes for us not to handle, and specifically provide instruction regarding such entities, items, and/or areas of the client's home.
ALL agreements and/or changes to a booking must be in written form, signed by both, the client and Angela Esther, the owner and service provider of `Unicornize Your Home`.
Unicornize Your Home is not liable for information errors or website downtime.
Unicornize Your Home is not responsible for cleaning as we provide organizational services only.
Unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam are forbidden. We treat all customers and their homes with respect and dignity and expect the same in return.
Other terms or conditions may apply. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure all areas of concern have been addressed and 'the Unicornize Your Home' organizer(s) have been advised in any way that may be of importance prior to starting work.
Unicornize Your Home is a provider of personal organizational services and is an LLC, not liable beyond the letter of the law for any disputes disagreement or incident that may occur during the course of doing business.
